AI Provider Setup

To use AI Answer Improver, you need to integrate your LiveAgent account with FlowHunt or OpenAI.

Using FlowHunt

  1. Create and publish a flow in FlowHunt (use template “LiveAgent AI Answer Assistant (Composer & Improver)”)
  2. Add knowledge sources (schedules, Q&A, documents)
  3. Register FlowHunt API key in LiveAgent
  4. Select the flow in LiveAgent settings

Using OpenAI

  1. Create API key in OpenAI
  2. Register OpenAI API key in LiveAgent
  3. Select the OpenAI model to use

Important: FlowHunt is a product by Quality Unit (LiveAgent’s developer), ensuring data security and priority support.

Available Plans

Available on LiveAgent’s Small, Medium, Large, and Enterprise plans.
※Not available on Legacy and Free plans.

Integration with AI Answer Composer

AI Answer Improver seamlessly integrates with AI Answer Composer.

  1. Answer Composer analyzes ticket conversation history
  2. Automatically generates response suggestions considering context
  3. Generated responses are carried over to Answer Improver’s editing screen
  4. Further polish the text with Improver

Note: AI Answer Composer only supports FlowHunt (not compatible with OpenAI). Combining these two AI features achieves both significant reduction in response time and quality improvement simultaneously.
