Integration Flow
Step 1: Automatic Response Draft Generation
AI Email Response Creation automatically generates response drafts from conversation history and knowledge base.
Step 2: Transfer to AI Response Assistant
The generated response draft is transferred directly to the AI Response Assistant editing screen.
Step 3: Refinement
Use AI Response Assistant functions to further optimize the response draft.
Available functions:
- Improve: Make text clearer and more professional
- Extend: Enhance detailed explanations and additional information
- Simplify: Summarize complex content concisely
- Custom instructions: Translation, adding explanations for technical terms, etc.
Step 4: Use in Reply
When satisfied, use the “Use in Response” button to insert into ticket reply, then send after final confirmation.
