My Account Overview

“My Account” is a management interface that consolidates contract-related information for LiveAgent.

Logging into My Account

※Due to specification changes, the “My Account” icon that was previously displayed at the bottom left of the agent panel is now hidden. Going forward, please use the login page above to access your account.

Logging into My Account requires different login information than logging into the agent panel. You can access it using the user ID/domain/password for My Account login.

Operations Available in My Account

  • Changing account information (customer information)
  • Changing payment credit card information
  • Account cancellation

Operations Not Available in My Account

  • Changing contract plans during an active contract ※Plan changes after contract signing are handled through our service desk

Changing Registration Information in My Account

To change the customer information registered in My Account, log in from the My Account login page and click “Payment Information” to open the billing information management screen. From this window, you can view and edit the following items:

  • Account information changes
  • Payment credit card information changes
  • List of paid invoices
  • Cancellation procedures

Account Information Changes

You can change your currently registered user information. The information registered here will be reflected on “invoices” and other documents.

Payment Credit Card Information Changes

Change the payment credit card registration information for purchasing your LiveAgent account. Credit card information is transmitted to an online payment processing service and is not stored on LiveAgent or our company servers.

Reviewing Past Billing Details

Displays a list of invoices for paid contracts.

Account Cancellation

Perform cancellation procedures from here.

After completing the cancellation procedure, your account will become immediately unavailable. If you need to save data, please do so before proceeding with the cancellation.
