Permission Management Overview

LiveAgent enables granular permission management. You can set access permissions for each user to ensure security.

Standard Roles

Three types of standard roles are available.

Configurable Permissions

The following permissions can be individually configured for each role.

Permission Configuration Steps

  1. Open “Settings” → “User Management” in the admin panel
  2. Select the target user
  3. Select a role or create a new custom role
  4. Configure individual permissions
  5. Save
