My Tickets Page Functionality
My Tickets is a web page where customers can view logs of tickets they have inquired about. When email inquiries are made or chat history is sent upon chat completion, a URL link to “My Tickets” is included in the signature section of emails sent from LiveAgent to customers.
User Registration Method
If customers wish to reference all interaction logs, they can register as users by clicking “Login” in the upper right corner of My Tickets to access this functionality. (This is also displayed in the upper right corner of this page)

User Forum
Posting Questions to the Forum
When a user forum is established, customers can directly create topics in the forum using this “Ask a Question” feature.
