Twitter and LiveAgent Integration Steps

Introduction

We will guide you through the steps to set up integration between Twitter and LiveAgent.

Integration Steps

Log in to LiveAgent

1. Log in to LiveAgent.

Add Twitter Account

2. Navigate to “Settings” - “Twitter” - “Twitter Accounts” and click “Add Twitter Account”.

Authenticate Twitter Account

3. On the displayed screen, log in to your Twitter account and click “Authorize app”.

Integration Complete

4. Your Twitter account has been successfully integrated.

Edit Account Settings

5. Click “Edit” on the above screen to enable account integration and select the “Team” to assign tickets to.

Notes

※You can register and integrate multiple Twitter accounts using the same procedure.
